These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ev6666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the ev6666 website, mobile interface, game content, sports betting markets, promotional services, and any other features made available through the ev6666 platform ("the Services").

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated retroactively.

ev6666 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to prohibited conduct by account holders. Where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, ev6666 will freeze associated funds and provide all available information to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

ev6666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ev6666 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings, or by contacting support. Dormant Accounts

A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs, provided that the account balance will never be reduced below zero. No fee is charged on accounts with a zero balance.
